Women in Ministry - July 2005 Issue
Equilibrium: Maintaining Healthy Balance in Ministry
Balancing the demands of life and ministry can tax even the strongest of women. If we’re not careful, the pressures of ministry can quickly become front and center in our lives. Some women sacrifice all else in order to do God’s work. Fulfilling the call on our life does not mean we have to neglect other key areas. On the contrary, those areas should enhance our ministries. While some may argue that it is “better to burn out than rust out,” a healthy goal is to have nobody “out.” This issue is dedicated to helping you achieve and maintain balance in ministry. We’ve included articles, interviews, and resources full of practical suggestions to assist you in finding a healthy equilibrium that will keep you going strong, and enjoying the process.
